Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Visit the order page: Go to Your Orders.

2. Click on "Request Return."

3. Select the reason for return from the available options.

4. Leave a note if necessary.

5. Press "Request Return."

6. Once your return is approved for a return, you will receive a free shipping label to return the item.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:

While we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every order, certain items are excluded from our return policy due to health, hygiene, and final sale considerations. The following items cannot be returned:

• Swimwear
• Intimate Bottoms
• Perishables
• Health & Beauty Products
• Items marked as 'Final Sale'
• Open or used products
• International Orders from Armenia: Please note, orders placed from Armenia are considered final and cannot be returned.

These exclusions help ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and maintain the integrity of our products. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact our customer service team if you have any concerns or questions regarding your purchase.

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@buyoutlet.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order and return the original item for a full refund.

International Orders to Armenia:

Please note, while we do sell our products internationally to Armenia, we are currently unable to accept returns from orders placed outside of the United States, including Armenia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
